L’exuberance is defined by our terroir and the careful handling of the fruit to produce a very pale pretty pink coloured wine with great elegance and finesse. Part fermented and aged in barrel, it shows of wild cherries, strawberries and raspberries with subtle hints of tomato leaf and bay, whilst the oak remains almost imperceptible.
